My main field of interest is change-process facilitation within organizations. The activities can be divided into three workfields: In a team training functional teams or newly formed groups can work on themes that they themselves identify. This type of training usually takes place in an outdoor setting. In the training problem solving and innovation the participants learn techniques to produce new ideas. In the training outdoor and philosophy, outdoor activities are combined with socratic dialogues. The methodology is characterized by working with what happens in the here and now. In my facilitation, I try to stick as much as possible to the principles of experiential education. Keep me informed.
