We are mainly concerned with change-process facilitation within organizations. The activities can be divided into three workfields:<br>
<br>
<li>In the training <a href="3.htm">problem solving and innovation</a> the participants learn techniques to produce new ideas.<br>
<br>
<li>In the <a href="11.htm">behavioral training</a> we show how one can deal with resistance in face-to-face communication by applying contra-reflexive interventions.<br>
<br>
<li>In a <a href="5.htm">team training</a> functional teams or newly formed groups can work on themes that they themselves identify. This type of training usually takes place in an outdoor setting.<br>
<br>
<br>Our workforms are as concrete as possible, like <a href="10.htm">outdoor</a>-exercises. For the behavioral trainings we always work with actors. In our facilitation we try to stick as much as possible to the principles of experiential education.<br>
